Cleaning Methods

Step one

vacuum

Loose soil and dirt account for approximately 80% of the soil in your carpet. We remove the loose soil by vacuuming before pretreatment or steam cleaning in order to avoid soil and dirt from becoming embedded in your carpet.

Step Two

Hot Pre-Treatment

We mix up hot pretreatment fresh on every jobsite to ensure that we have the correct product to clean and perform each task. The same product is not recommended for every job. Therefore, we inspect every job in order to select the proper treatment. We pre-treat each area before steam cleaning to ensure all traffic soil is loosened from the fibers.

Step Three

Carpet Brush

We use a carpet brush to agitate the carpet and loosen the soil on the fibers after the pre-treatment has been applied so that steam cleaning can be accomplished efficiently without over wetting the carpet and leaving behind soils and residues. Agitation before steam cleaning allows us to remove the maximum amount of soil from your carpet. Steam cleaning alone will not give you the same results without this benificial step.

Step Four

RX-20 Tool

[OPTIONAL]

(THIS STEP IS USED IN PLACE OF STEP THREE & IS RECOMMENDED FOR SEVERELY SOILED OR MATTED CARPET)

We use a powerful RX-20 carpet cleaning tool instead of a coventional wand. This tool rotates in a 360 degree circle making over 650 cleaning passes per minute.  This tool can produce greater results than any other tool used in the carpet cleaning industry today. We guarantee that you will see the greatest results possible on your carpet when this method is utilized. Compare 650 cleaning passes per minute vs 30-40 passes per minute with a conventional wand that 90% of carpet cleaners use today and you'll see why our guaranteed method out performes our compatition.

Step five

Steam Cleaning With Truck Mounted Equimpment

This step is used in combonation with step four. If step four is not selected, then we will also use step five to complete the cleaning after all soil is suspended from the fibers in step three, we use powerful steam cleaning, truck mounted equipment, along with an all fiber ph balancing rinse to remove soil, pretreatment, and any residues from your carpet. Therefore there is no sticky residues or high ph levels to cause quick resoiling or wicking in your carpet. Your carpet and upholstery will be up to 75% dry when the job is completed. (Carpet's dry in a few hours, not days.)

STEP SIX
Scotchguard Application
We recommend applying a scotch guard protectant to your clean carpets and upholstery in order to protect the fibers from spills and traffic soil. Scotch guard also helps prevent staining and makes fibers easier to clean. Your vacuum will be able to remove more loose soil when vacuumed on a regular basis because the soil will not bond as well to treated fibers, thus allowing your carpets to stay cleaner longer.

We recommend having your carpets and upholstery cleaned every 4-12 months, depending on the amount of traffic in your home. Just because you cannot see the soil does not mean it's not there. If you can see the soil on the surface, just imagine what's embedded below the surface. Remember, your carpet acts as a filter to all dust, dirt, allergies, air borne pollutants, and dust mites. We can effectivley remove all these problems from your home with one call, guaranteed.
